In this class you will learn how selling products will become a natural part of the whole customer service experience.  You learn to guide the customer’s purchase decisions and identify the customer’s needs in individual hairs home care. With the help of product and additional service sales, you can easily increase your sales and get more income.

Koulutuksessa käydään läpi, kuinka tuotemyynnistä tulee sinulle luonteva osa palvelukokonaisuutta. Opit ohjaamaan asiakkaan ostopäätöksiä ja tunnistamaan asiakkaan tarpeet hiusten kotihoidossa.
